Recommendations for camper stops & campsites south of Valencia? (1 Viewer)

It's our first time touring on the east coast of Spain and we'd really appreciate some recommendations for nice places to stay for a few days at a time south of Valencia.

Ideally looking for places that are dog friendly, not too large, not loads of facilities, ideally near some amenities but also interested in scenic inland/rural places.

Only stayed at a few but some details given in our blog on this forum. We really liked Camping Alos PInos on the outskirts of Dénia. Oliva was good but the site is 2 miles from the town. We visited Benidorm but would have visited Altea as well if we had known how nice the old town is.

Kiko Park at Oliva is okay, booked a week over the phone for a week in March using ACSI card, having a break from La Manga before we head home.

col vert just south off valencia nice site with pool if warm enough 1/2 mile walk to saler with a few resturants loots of nice walks along the b each and forest
Rio Mar between oliva and denia right on the beach decent resturant on site
