We have had three cancellations due to the coronavirus. By far the best resolved was with ViaMare for an Italy to Greece ferry [should have been sailing on Sunday ?]. ViaMare contacted us promptly, kept us informed and refunded the money without any need for us to chase them at all.
I won't bore you with details of the others, I'm sure there are many others with the same problems - suffice to say their 'customer service' is rubbish compared to Viamare, who I would wholeheartedly recommend.
