recall on calor lite cylinders (1 Viewer)

dont know if this has been mentioned here before but there is a safety recall on all calor lite cylinders made between 2008 and 2011 the date is stamped into the bottom rim of the cylinder bottles that have been tested and passed will have a hole punched in the aluminum tare disc that is under the valve on top of the cylinder further info at www.calor.co.uk/recall

We're just cooking dinner in the MH on the drive to use some "free" gas (you get a full cylinder when you take in the old one). It's the first time we've used the oven!!!
The MH is warmer than the house anyway...

Hi anyone having problem getting replacement asked my local dealer he said I have to take my bottle for which he will give me a receipt and he will send to Calor but he said it may be 5/6 weeks before I get new bottle.

Subscribers  do not see these advertisements

Has been mentioned before.

Changed ours a month ago at Calor depot in Carlisle, got a full bottle for our almost empty one.

If you have problems find your nearest Calor depot on Google, they will have some.
