Continued from Broken Link Removed
Having carefully measured the centre line I used the 28mm hole cutter supplied with the camera which makes a clean job in the GRP

Unfortunately monitors don't photograph very well but just to give you the viewpoints ( actual picture is very good )

I've contacted the seller of the top one about getting me a 90 degree version which will be more suited to rear view rather than reversing.

Andy was it a simple case of connecting in the new camera on a spare AV input ? I assume you have 2 inputs and 1 already in use with the top camera ?

I have a similar issue and my top factory fitted camera is good for reversing but nothing else even after playing about with the angle, this idea may solve it for me.

Also is your top camera activated when reverse gear is selected or is it on all the time ?

I originally had a dual camera with two seperate cables to my monitor so I have only substituted the dual for two singles.
Rear view on AV1 reverse on AV2
The cameras are fed by the monitor and come on with the ignition, I manually select AV1 or AV2

OK thanks.

So you avoided the nice cable run task from back to the front, the part I love most:cry:
