HI,
Just arrived on site, hooked up and when trying to switch lights on the rear lights seem to be shorting, also at the same time the omni step is retracting, sitting in the dark at the moment apart from small light above the door, it's a Bessacarr E460 07

I assume it all worked before hooking up / leaving home; so do things work if you disconnect the hook up?

Welcome...
We have an Autotrail and very occasionally we get no lights...
Turn the control panel off and back on and it's sorted.
Happens 2-3 times a year so no great issue...
