I think only Spain and Italy (which must be aluminium). Lines must point to offside so reversed to UK. You also need to comply with vehicle safety irrespective of country so in UK if its more than 1.0m IIRC you need a safety sign of some sort.

Made my own using red and white reflective tape and a piece of Aluply from work, you can fined the correct measurement for the stripes on line,
