A rear bicycle pannier/ carrier with top spring loaded clamp,adjustable fittings,made for a bike with 28" wheels or similar,has a rear bracket for a reflector or light - only used on one holiday,so condition is nearly like new - sold bike,so no longer needed. £10.00
