Rear bedroom speakers

We have a 2017 c-line carthago
And the bedroom speakers have never worked. Is there a switch to switch them on or are they not wired in. Cheers

have you tried going into the radio menu & altering the 'fader' setting ? this will alter the front/rear volume.
