We've got a similar Cramer Dometic hob.

Can I ask why you think you need to replace the thermocouple?

The reason I ask is because we had a problem with one gas ring which wouldn't stay alight. I fiddled with the spade connector underneath the unit and bingo it worked again.

All three light but if you tap on or near the hob one of the flames goes out so I assume it will be a coupler I had a little wag of the wires but no joy.

Try checking that the thermocouple connection nut on the control for the relevant burner is tight. A thermocouple will not fail in such a way that a tap will bring on a fault. Flame failure thermocouples are pretty standard across all gas appliances fitted with them. If you ask a plumber's merchant for a 'universal' one it will fit.

It could be corrosion, caused by water dripping thro the tap.

Also there should be a little metallic sticker somewhere underneath that has a number on it, you can use this to ID the hob
