If you find out, let us know. I have the same problem on my gas locker lock.

I have a similar problem, in that the locking barrel comes out completely when the key is inserted and turned, and now doesn't lock at all.
I think there is a special key that is inserted, just the once, when the lock barrels are installed at the factory.
This special key, forces out a couple of locking pins at the rear of the lock barrel to stop it coming out.
But who & where does one get such a key?
I will have to ask dealer, but wont hold my breath.

I have since found out that there is an installation key for removing & installing Zadi Lock Barrels, its £9.99 if you can source one, but the guy in the video bellow has come up with his own solution, I will try this method with a similar approach but haven't got a steak knife similar to his.

The Zadi Lock removal key is available from the suppliers below, but they want £7.50 for the e plus postage taking it up to £14 ! Sharpen up your steak knives guys.
Anyone ever used these people, seem to do lots of Thule stuff, based in Bristol.
