HI FUNSTERS, MY 2005 RAPIDO 986M IS REALLY SOFT ON THE REAR,BUMP STOP, VERY CLOSE TO/ON THE AXLE.
I'VE BEEN INQUIRING ABOUT NEW STIFFER /RE TEMPERED REPLACEMENT SPRINGS WITH MIXED RESULTS. NEW SPRINGS NO PROBLEM. RESET/ RETEMPER NOT POSSIBLE WITH PARABOLIC SPRINGS?
ALSO BEEN TOLD TO FIT HD SHOCKS WITH COIL SPRINGS ON THEM. PRICE ££££££ EVERY GARAGE I TALK TO HAS THEIR OWN IDEA??????
I DO NOT WANT TO FIT AIR RIDES. I KNOW SPRINTERS ARE PRONE TO WALLOWING.
WHAT HAVE YOU FUNSTERS DONE TO YOURS.

ok what /where did you get them price please

I got ours through a local parts supplier and fitted it myself but you can buy a kit on ebay for less then £400.
Its easy enough to do so long as you know one end of a spanner to the other.
There are several companies that fit air suspension as well.
