Rapido 996MH - GTW & Axle Limits??? (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I’ve been looking at the Rapido 996MH on the Merc chassis and was wondering if anyone knew the gross train weight (GTW) for the vehicle.

Also interested in max front and rear axle weights.

I’ve found the following for a 2010 model:
Unloaded Weight: 3695kg
GVW: 4600kg

Anyway, what's a meer 300Kg between friends.

We have a 995m around the same weight limit allowance.
I’ve yet to hit the weight even allowing with a full fresh water tank and bulging garage

Also they are nice vans

I think the towing limit is 1800kg,

If it is the merc 416 chassis then it’s probably 4600kg max with a 2000kg trailer weight total gtw or mass will be 6600kg the same as mine
Unladen weight is about the same to but I have uprated my axle weights to 4950 kg max gross weight but this reduces the trailer train weight to only 1650 kg + 4950kg = 6600kg still for gross train weight but I have a trailer now that is max 1650kg downrated from 2000kg so my total outfit is still within the max 6600kg train weight or mass.
