Hello
Now I been thinking when parked up on a site for couple of month I am a full timer that’s why so long will I do harm to the tyres up on them for so long ?

Have a look at Millenco Quatro, they're wide, and the tyre is well supported in a shaped 'step'.

For long time use I wouldn’t want to use Milenco because I find the radius is wrong for most tyres and the peak digs in .

I use Milenco pads with tyre savers, the radius is ok for larger tyres.

The pros and cons re Milenco quads. I am a fan and on my second set.
They are heavy!
They can hurt your fingers packing them away!
If you happen to park on a sharp projecting stone, they can break bits off!
The pro's
I never feel I will go over the top as I avoid the very top.
They have never let me down on awkward slopes.
Almost every seller of camping equipment sell them.

WHY would parking on ramps be any different from parking on a level or sloping surface?

To quote an old punchline: "my tyre is only flat at the bottom".

It's flat at the bottom because the rubber deforms until there is a balance between the weight pushing down and the tyre pressure pushing up.
If you recall your schooldays physics:

Pressure = Force / Area [Nowadays measured in N/m2 but in my youth it was lb/sq in]

So the area of tyre in contact with the ground increases until PxA = Force [= weight] of your van.

IF you wish to consider forces which are not in a straight line eg on a slope, then there will be a need for the "diagonal" force to be bigger and therefore the area of contact to be larger, possibly upto 2x at 30deg.

I’ve no idea......... but wouldn’t it be a good idea to take the van out for a run from time to time, say once a fortnight, then you wouldn’t have to worry, and it would do it good.

I was reading on another site a number of people leave their vans on ramps over winter so the water drains off and doesn't pond on the roof?
