The Kelso Rally now has a couple of places due to people having to drop out.

Please let me know if you are not on the list but wish to come

As an aside, and a new comer to all this, can I ask exactly what a Rally is ?

It's a meeting of motorhomefun people, organised by a member (or members) in a suitable location. Sometimes there is a theme or special interest, sometimes not. Sometimes the rally will raise funds for a chosen charity, and sometimes not. There is a charge to cover the cost of renting the venue. They are great fun with an exchange of knowledge and stories.

You do need to book in advance as at many venues numbers are limited.

The Kelso Rally will be the first I have organised and is NOT a fundraiser. It will be at Kelso racecourse, £10 a night and there is water and black / grey water disposal facilities. Communal BBQ on the Saturday evening and Sunday morning brunch. There is also talk of a games challenge !! Nothing else is organised, it's just a chance to meet new people and renew acquaintance with others.

Are the places still available? I'm not sure we could come for the whole rally but we're brand new to motorhoming and would love to have the opportunity to come and meet up (and ask lots of questions about how stuff works).
