Most sites still wont book Rallies. CMC sites are not allowed to use rally fields at the moment

We applied for CL status some time ago however Covid has delayed the sign off process to officially open. I believe a small rally would be allowed if we can find a Funster organiser. Would be useful for us to get some feedback on the site and local activities etc. We know it is a great area but what others think is another matter. Anybody interested send me a PM and I will explain more.

A few of you have mentioned pictures of our CL however I have to respect the rules and not act as a Trader. If you PM me I can send you more details. With the number of vans we are looking at a previous Marshal could easily run this and we will offer any support needed.

I'm not sure that rallies are allowed at present? What are the rules about Temporary Holiday Sites? Could it be used for that?
I am willing to come and view the site and report back to Funsters (with pictures) if that is allowed by Jim.?

It's not Jims ruling, it's to comply with the government guidence of a maximum of 30 people allowed in a group.

Rallies as such aren't allowed at the minute but pop up campsites are, that's what the c&cc are doing during this time and there's no reason why the same can't be done under the fun banner.

However, people would still have to abide by the gov. guidelines with regards to SD & socialising. I. E. Max of two households (any number) or 6 individuals.

I'd have thought that you'd be OK to put photos & info on as it's in the interests of getting someone to volunteer to run it for you.

Just my opinion, obviously.
