Our rally program is presently suspended, however we are using our exemption to provision temporary campsites that members may use.
Booking of Temporary Campsites are made by individual members and they are not group events.
Regular events that you might organise on a traditional rally, such as coffee mornings, BBQ’s, Marquee entertainment, Karaoke etc cannot happen at the moment. Campsite visitors must abide by the current laws regarding social distancing and social bubbles.
This means at the moment, the rule of 6 applies. There should be no contact between social bubbles and to avoid any misunderstanding when on site, there must be at least 12m between such bubbles.
Rally Marshals have been replaced with Campsite Wardens. All campsite wardens must familiarise themselves with the Temporary Campsite Risk Assessments.
The chief warden will download a hard copy of the Risk Assessment. Add any specific risks they envisage and email the form to us.

- Abide by the instructions of the wardens.
- Maintain strict 1.5m plus Social Distancing
- Accept that you will not be able to park door to door unless you are from the same household bubble
- You bring with you a mask and plenty of sanitiser
- Accept that there are no group activities at all
- agree that you will not socialise in another’s motorhome
