New Adria PVC has arrived and has just factory preparation for radio

Will a Fiat standard Radio/ Bluetooth (non sat nav) removed from a new van 6 months ago just plug and play? Or are they chassis specific?
No steering wheel controls

Or

Any other suggestions?

Cheers

Hi there. We know to a couple of guys who have the Adria Twin Supreme. Thy had a single slot radio with a glove box above. They swapped it for a double din and it was a straight forward fit with a new double din carrier.
So the answer is yes I should think?

Chances are the radio you have connects to the canbus network and will probably need coding to the vehicle.

Hi Dave..Thought the coded radio was factory fitted only? The one our mates fitted was straight to the radio wiring behind the dash which is part of the wiring loom and the only code they had was the one on the new box that came with the radio/BT /Dvd system thy fitted?

The OP said the radio was a Fiat unit with bluetooth, taken out of a six month old van, presumably a Fiat.
