Seafood Salad

Hardly any cooking for this recipe!

Ingredients:

1 tin smoked mackerel
1 tin/jar mixed seafood - mussels, cockles, prawns, calamari etc.
Small tin of Tuna in brine (drained)
Olives (pitted, black or green)
Feta Cheese or goat's cheese(cubed)
Drizzle French Salad Dressing
Iceberg Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) or chopped beefsteak tomatoes
Cucumber (chopped)
2 hard boiled Eggs
Mayonnaise to garnish.

Arrange all the ingredients on shredded iceberg lettuce. Drizzle over dressing and blob the mayo on the eggs to finish off.....
You can also add crispy fried bacon pieces on the top

I like the sound of the prawns, the lettuce and tomatoes are ok too as long as they are the beefsteak variety. You can cover it all in mayo and the bacon bits just finish it off nicely

It's ok, here is a recipe just for kands:

Prawn salad:

Prawns
lettuce
chopped beefsteak tomatoes


Optional if you are in a really frivolous mood and want to impress - dress with mayo and fried bacon bits. :Cool:
