As a recent GlobeScout owner saw this item which included Adhesive on a recent defunct forum and ordered item at the price of 29.94 euros. With tax & postage from Germany total cost amounted to £41.18:eek:
Bit pricey and hope it turns out to be worth it. Any body else fitted one?

I've got one (new) in a drawer. I've not fitted it yet as It may be unnecessary on our 6m globestar 600L as the sliding door doesn't open fully , it has a limiter on it to prevent it from sliding fully open and catching open rear site window so the door is naturally partially closed by default

I just screwed a plastic diy block in the appropriate place, works a treat.

nowhere near long enough
Look where the original stop is in the top track, drill a hole in the desired position then with a self tapper a washer and two tap washers ---- job done at no cost.

I think it was @Minxy Girl that put me onto the use of a tennis ball wedged in the bottom track

The use of a peg or the door stop is so you can have the door held half open
Its sometimes desirable when there is a bit of wind and the hob is on or things are just a bit cool to have the door open fully
Not particularly a Globecar thing can be used on most PVCs

Looks like I could have saved some money if I had searched previous posts:whistle:. Will report back on the 'stopper' after our trip to Spain in April.
