Pump King....Fuel card (1 Viewer)

I've not had any price notifications for a few weeks now so I contacted them via the website - twice - but still haven't had a reply.

Got mine about 4 weeks ago and activated ok. First week Pump King was about 5p cheaper than our local Esso so filled up with the card. Last week it was only 0.5 p cheaper. This week at 128.1p it was more expensive than the local Esso which was 126.9p. So at the moment no advantage.

Standard diesel using pump king up to Sat 7th july is 128.1 p/lt. At th moment the local Esso near us is less at 126.9p. New prices come out on a Friday via text for use on the following Sunday

I have sent 3 messages via their website and spoke to a lady who said it wasn't her dept that dealt with my query but gave me another email address which has promptly bounced straight back. I am rapidly losing interest in it.

It’s free, use when the prices suit. No problem. Receive message once a week stating what the prices will be the following week. Tend not to use supermarket fuel as I found when doing 40,000 miles a year when working that generally branded eg Shell, Esso etc fuels gave better mpg. Very much lower mileage nowadays so price doesn’t impact too much, so I use premium grade stuff. Always clean MoT figures.

The silent majority don’t have a problem with the card and the freedom to choose when and where to use it.
It was never intended to be the cheapest fuel but it is often as little as a penny more than Asda with some exceptions
I have filled up on the A1 for 127.9 when the pump price has been 136.9 I don’t think that makes me a sucker
