One of the most success Hotels/pub doing this is the Metal Bridge Inn near Carlisle, they have approx 15 spaces marked out, have toilet/fresh/grey/black water, no charge just have dinner in the hotel, at very reasonable prices. You have to book in advance, reg no and dinner booking, always busy.
