Just spent a good couple of nights here, parking in the flat car park. We had a warm welcome from Andy and Dee and Dave the barman. Excellent food and drinks and the Car Park was quiet. Dont be put off by the railway track, we parked next it and only saw a couple of trains in the morning.

It's always worth recommending a site/stopover.

I think it would be invaluable if there was a thread/section devoted to Members experiences and recommended...or otherwise, sites.

Me and the Missus have stopped over at the Portsmouth a couple of times now, once for 3 days :thumb:
We will definitely be stopping there again ....
