Virtually none ! :)
Well, we have at last bought our first motorhome.

Its a Autohomes Landliner 2.5td Talbot. We bought it brom near Aberdeen dove 180 miles and broke down on the motorway with a dodgy ignition switch, a broken wiper linkage (in torrential wind and rain!) and a holed turbo to inlet pipe ! So quite an eventful first few hours.
We had been up at 4am to get the train up there, and ended up getting home on a recovery truck at 1.30am
That said, I think it was a bargain, and were all excited about our new addition. Just need a few bits for it now.

I have attached a picture of the wife (Claire) before we broke down.:thumb:

Hi JayKay,

Despite arriving home on the back of a wrecker, congratulations on your first MH.
The mechanical problems you describe can be sorted out relatively easily, pending access for removal.
I'm sure that you'll soon be able to look back on today's adventure and have a laugh about it.

Good luck with the repairs. :thumb:

Cheers,

Jock.

better for it to happen now rather than when you had it all packed and was off on a holiday in it. To be on the safe side seeing as it will have to be repaired if you are taking it to a garage get them to check the belts and give it an oil change along with any filters it has oil, fuel etc then you know it will be right properly
