Hey all,

I have a Propex HS2000 all plumbed in and ready to go, but the power lead and control panel lead were missing and I think Propex are on lockdown. Tried eBay etc, but no luck.

Does anyone know of something that would fit the terminals?

The control panel has a short cable with the end on it, so I could extend this. But I really don't like the idea of soldering directly to the power terminals.

Hoping someone has a great suggestion as b@@@y cold here in the morning :)

Thanks.

Okay guys, I think I have ordered what will work.

The pins are 3.96mm and it looks like I've found the ones that will do the job.

Turns out I also need a cable for the control panel as well as it goes from 6 pin to 10 pin:

So I've ordered the sets off eBay and have suitable wire already. I'll update this thread in a few days with exactly what I ordered if they work fine. That way at least if someone else needs the same it will be a little easier for them :)

Funny - we all take for granted being able to just order what we need. With so many companies currently closed, not quite as easy. I know if Propex were open it would have been a simple phone call.

Just to update this thread in case anyone else needs the same in the future :)

The connections I ordered were JST-VH. I ordered from here:
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-...0001&campid=5338547443&icep_item=232616912791

I needed 3pin, 6pin and 10pin to make the loom, along with 18AWG wire.

I couldn't find a reasonably priced crimping tool that fits JST-VH (they are smaller than most), but easy to crimp with long nose pliers. There's a video on YouTube.

The last thing I needed was a JST-VH coupler to join the two female 6pin connectors together. I used this:
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-...0001&campid=5338547443&icep_item=202850081896

All done now and working perfectly :)
