I’ve just had a new to me Itineo van, with a project 2000 drop down tv bracket from a cupboard. When I bought it the tv was in position and working but now I cannot fathom how to get it dropped down. I’ve read the instructions so many times and also fiddled and pulled every knob but still can’t grasp it. It’s currently stuck in the sliding out position. Does anyone have any ideas what I’m doing wrong please. I’ve put some pictures of what it looks like. Thank you!
