Problems With Seatbelt Warning Light (1 Viewer)

I understand that you can fit a 3 ohm resistor "across" the spare seatbelt connector when you have replaced the twin passenger seat with a single seat, to stop the dashboard warning light flashing. How do I find the correct contact points on the connector? The wiring diagram does not help me. This is on a Vivaro, but it must be the same or similar for all makes. I'm perhaps stupidly afraid of setting off the safety bag while I'm poking away.
