Problem with Revolut (1 Viewer)

I have been very impressed with revolut I particularly like the way you immediately get details of the transaction in the app. Yesterday i had a problem with two failed transactions being charged. I contracted revolut via the app and it turned out to be a system problem At 12.30 they said system problem had been resolved and I would receive credit shortly
This morning I have still not received credit and revolut's normally excellent support are not responding.

They advised about this problem through the app. In the past issues quickly overwhelm their support but they do get them fixed. I am sure the credits will pop up soon.

No @ukbill It was at a petrol station but paying in store. I have now had my credit

Kk thats good,once I didnt get the cash from a atm,took me 3 monrhs to get it back
