Good afternoon, we have an Elddis Aspire 240 (2013) and have problems with the locks on the kitchen cupboard doors and drawers not holding when in transit. The entire front of one drawer keeps coming off despite having been glued and screwed by a carpenter friend. The drawers have next to no weight in them. I was just wondering if anyone has had similar problems and have found a solution? Thank you, Steph

Stronger glue? better screws? additional fixing angles? better quality catches?
Hard to say without seeing the problem.
Unfortunately that manufacturer did have a build quality reputation at one time and it wasn't a good one!

All our cupboards and drawers stay firmly shut in our (near) 20 year-old N&B Arto, despite having weighty 'Times' atlas and 2-volume Oxford dictionary. The cupboards do have substantial lips to their bottom shelves and to their upper shelves.

Do yours have lips? If not, could that add to the problem?

We have an Elddis too - what sort of drawers/locks do you have? A photo would help…….
