Problem with French ‘camping car’ app (1 Viewer)

We’re trying to change our password because we forgot it - but the link takes us to a site that is down (see attachment)
These are very useful overnight sites and it’s a bugger that we can’t book due to no password.
Any ideas?

I had intended to, to be sure of a place, but I’m concerned I wont be able to get in (through the barrier) without using a password with our card.
Does anyone know if you can just get in and top up with with a card but no password?

Is this camping car park .com ?
pretty sure you can just enter your card at the terminal without the need of a password and then add the necessary funds using a credit card

App working ok with my phone. Yes you can enter with your Camping Car Park card and top up via the machine. We have only booked once as a booking starts from midday, we prefer to turn up mid to late morning. That way we can explore the area and decide if we want to stay more than one night. Yes it's a risk if sites are busy.
Just tried the web site: www.campingcarpark.com and is working ok on Chrome.

We've never stayed on a busy one, though looking at the App those on the North Coast do seem often busy.

Take off the app, and reload it. Can you use another computer?

We had the same problem last year, with it not recognising our password when Mrs BBF put in the password. Once back in the UK I gave it a try and let me straight in Perhaps let someone else have a try or use the "forgot my password" function and go for a reset?
PS, we accessed other sites with the card not working.

Try putting the Chrome browser on your i-thing. Some websites don't like Safari (including the CritAire site).

Try uninstall then re install then restart your device, not sure if you can clear cache on apple stuff, if you can do that as well

It’s not Apple as such - assuming the OP is referring to the Camping Car PARK site (not clear in the thread title) I have no problem getting on their site on iPad using Safari. Generally I use their app rather than Safari, but both working normally here. And I think (post #8) now working ok for OP?
