problem with booking Stratford show (1 Viewer)

Hi all, i went on line last night done all the details on the show website but got no confermation of my booking in either an Email or by the site saying my booking had been accepted. Any ideas what i should do????

I booked on line and the screen blank out right at the end so booked by phone and told them of the problem.

Phoned them and they say my tickets were posted on the 20th of this month and my credit card has been debited.

But out of the blue got a email confirming my on ine booking.

Got a number to quote at gate but still worried.

dont worry too much, life is too short, they are only tickets.

Phone or email and I am sure you will get a prompt response.

We booked online, didnt get a confirmation email but tickets arrived 2 days later
