How likely are we to be bothered by euro cops for this reg as it looks below? (No space)
Cheers

Probably not at all.
Would you know if a French/Dutch/German/Spanish plate was correctly spaced.
That's what we thought. Will prob have a standard set as back up but just didn't want to get harassed/fined as soon as step foot in Europe.

Well yes, that we already know.
Just wondered why youd risk putting them on if you were aware :)

Been around the block a few times😉
Wouldn't think a problem the other side but you can never be sure.
Guess it's definitely worth giving it a try over in France etc live dangerously ;)

I think spacing is the problem but I doubt you will be bothered by plod on either side of the water.
Until that is you have dealing with plod on another matter, then they will add the illegal plates to the charge sheet !
Saw a great plate on a moho recently in France A C05Y RV spaced like that for some years without problem.
Coming up for sale soon apparently but out of my price budget :(

Well yes, that we already know.
I can tell you that if you travel on the A1 through N Yorks you could find a brown envelope in your post with a fixed penalty notice and a photo of your illegal plate. If you happen to be away in your motorhome you will have missed the date and will be paying double. Think that would be £160.
Just saying!

If it was a 4 in the middle it would be DA5 4 LEZ (DAS 4 LEZ) but I too can't work out what it's meant to mean

Excuse my ignorance but I'm not sure it's a private number plate
Just a 52 plate with the spacing removed

Got stopped some 3 miles from home and fined £60.00 some years ago. Spacing is normally the offence. had to have them re-spaced and photograph the new plates and send pic to the DVLA.

If you're daft enough to go back to them after initial offence the plates are confiscated and a £1000.00 fine ensues
