I am looking at getting a Fiamma privacy room to give me more space when I take the grandkids out. The height from the cassette to the ground is 2.5M, which is right in between a medium and a large. Any thoughts on which one I should get.

Regards
Tom

not long enough
Not sure about the Fiamma sizing, but we just bought a new system, but Thule, our height is 2.7m and was surprised we still only needed a large

if buying new hopefully the retailer can advise :)(y)

Been getting away since 2008
I'd go for a large and get it professionally altered to suit your van

I would go for none. Have a go at putting up and taking down soneone elses first then see if you think you can be bothered. For us we aren't in the one place long enough. You might love it or hate it.

As per the quote, ensure you NEED one, they have their use, but it isnt very often for many of us, and the pain of putting them up and down for the benefits doesnt weigh up.
If you are going to a campsite and not going to move for 2-3 days and the weather is inclement then they have a use, otherwise, give it time before committing. Cant help with which one

After taking note of the reply's on here and reviews online I have decided against a privacy room, instead going for a Kampa motor awning instead. 95% of the time I will be on my own, so it will not be used but it will be useful to have when I take the grand kids.
