Previous Members but now Read Only Funsters- ? Cannot send them pm's? (1 Viewer)

I have been trying to get in touch with a couple of Funsters whose subscriptions have run out whilst on their travels. When I click on their avatar there is no link to start a conversation with them. Does this mean I cannot send a pm or get in touch with them?
