Previewing thread (1 Viewer)

On my previous pc I could hover over the thread title and it would bring up a preview. Does anyone know how I get this feature on my windows 10 pc please?

Certainly works on my Win 10 laptop and desktops. Don't think I had to do anything, it just worked. Using Firefox, but from memory, also works in Edge, IE, Opera and Safari.
