Hi, my wife and I are about to buy a Globus t1 to replace a VW California. We have identified a few possible vehicles, but have some questions regarding spec and accessories. Can you advise. All contributions are welcome.
We have a 140ps engine is our camper van which is adequate for a VW T5, but is this adequate for the t1 or is an engine upgrade advised? We are considering an automatic transmission.
We have been told that we will not get insurance without a £600 tracker. Is this true? Also, can anyone recommend an insurer and give me an idea of costs.
Does anyone have advise on must-have/nice-to-have accessories? The base vehicles already have a lot on them, but in addition we are looking at the tracker, front and rear parking sensors, an entertainment/sat-nav package that incorporates a reversing camera, a TV arial and a 2x11kg Gaslow. Am I missing something obvious?
