To me being retired the quarantine is not a saving. Can I quarantine and skip the tests please. ?? The article doesn’t say no tests?

I don’t mind quarantine, just don’t need the hassle of tests

We work, so are happy to pay for tests if needed but CAN‘T do quarantine.

Quarantine doesn’t bother us either as retired too. Your right it doesn’t say anything about tests! But surely if there’s no quarantine there will be no tests?? If they’re thinking of matching the imminent EU rules for those fully vaccinated (already in place to France), then that would be the case
