Good for them.

It’s what they will all do as well.

Apart from the French who are just awkward sods:rolleyes:

Who knew. The Portuguese are our oldest allies.

Good of them to be considerate.

I recently read in an English language Spanish newspaper that the authorities there are looking at this potential issue as well.

The same as before the EU.
Otherwise they'll be stuck with the Dutch ,who bring their own, don't spend ,and leave their crap . As well as sounding like "weeed" ( for the younger viewers Bill n Ben the flowerpot men)
Come to think of it whoever wrote that series was on it :D

I was just reading that British tourists spend 2million euros an hour in Spain each year, 18 billion of the gdp.

We posted that news seveal days ago but the mor3 it is publicised th3 better.

Europe “talks a good game” but needs the money that British tourists brings them.

It’s not a major factor for them in the Brexit decision, but it cannot be ignored. If all Brits head for Portugal how long will it take Spain to follow their lead?

Then Italy?

France will probably only co-operate when told to do so by Germany!

Trouble is for the snowbirds it is the package holiday makers they want because they pay premium prices not the cheapskate motorhomers who pay as little as possible. Like it or not the EU will survive without the UK yes it may cause some pain, but not nearly as much as the UK will suffer.

We travel every winter and certainly are not cheapskate Motorhomers we pay the asking price at sites we use and if it wasn’t for the likes of us the sites would be closed for the winter.
You should not make these broad statements that tar everyone with the same brush(y)

You and I may happily use sites, trouble is that so many, more than those who use sites do not and despoil the countryside. Near me many motorhomers object to the fact they are charged double the car price for overnight parking despite the reality that when they park up, it is a car park, they take up the space cars would take. Also they get free water and waste dis[posal, including chemical toilet disposal. Every where you go there are motorhomes parked up for free, and you see very few using sites for chemical disposal, where does it go?

Got it now, you are a Krankie fan. The world won’t end on the 29th of March, I used to be an SNP fan but have got sick of their overbearing control of every bit of life. Can you tell me why she accepts food banks in Scotland but has set aside 24 million to help other countries when it is not in Scotland’s remit to do so ?

Lets just look at the NHS for an example. Since we voted to leave the number of EU citizens coming to the UK to work in the NHS has been significantly less than those leaving the NHS to return to the EU. Some how I do not see this changing very much. Of course there are those who say these people will be replaced by new applicants from non EU countries. Regrettably though this has not happened, perhaps as a result of the very clever policies of our esteemed PM when she was Home Secretary. As a result we now hear of the very large numbers of vacancies in the NHS from senior consultants to junior nurses. Still of course with a stiff upper lip and the blitz spirit we will get through it all.

Who said the world will end, typical over simplification from the brexit camp.
