Well, here we are, made it down to Figueira Da Foz and found the gas refill place. Filled both bottles for a sum of 11 euros each. A very kind man tried to get a regulator working with our full spanish bottle but to no avail. The main problem we have with this is that our system is the Truma Auto change over type and all connections are threaded and the rare regulators we have come across, are push on for the hose. Never mind, we can now last on our refilled gas. Thanks to 'JJwagon' and 'Autocaravana' for their help.

Been to loads of countries over the years. Never been to Portugal, its on my list:thumb:

Its our first time in Portual Jim and it is lovely. The only mistake we made was not getting all foreign regulators sorted whilst still in the UK. people told us that we would have no trouble getting them but that is not the case unless you have push fit connectors.
