Kelso where were the pictures taken, the car park on the hill and the "aire" ?

Kelso, where is the campsite? It looks very good.

The car park is the a place you can over night but no facilities. So go empty and full .great place for a few days.
There is a proper aire at the bottom of the hill but no place to stop and you have to go to the police station for key to dump.
