Portsmouth docks overnight?

Re my recent thread the replies I had regarding staying overnight for an early am sailing was very useful.
just realised that we will be docking at about 10pm on our return from Santander. Can we stay in the docks until morning?

ps where can we buy bulk supplies of seasick tablets?
