My 2 year old portable folding 160w (2 x 80w combined) solar panel arrangement is available for sale

Sourced from FF Solar in Aljezur Portugal and created specifically for winter use (and U.K. summers) when not on EHU.

2 x Monocrystalline panels manufactured by Solarworld in Germany and hinged together to form one unit running through a built in 10amp Steca controller.

The unit when deployed achieves a max of around 8amp in full sun and can be tilted at approx 67 & 45 degs to the sun.

Simple battery connections and waterproof two pin plug connector for easy set up

This unit has been a real bonus for us since purchase and is only now reluctantly offered for sale due to upcoming change of motorhome
(New MH will have large solar installation on roof)

We are currently in South East Spain and will return to the UK in early July.
Collection only but I’m happy of course to hang on them for collection in the U.K. from Derbyshire if suitable deposit made in advance

Update.....
We are now home in Derbyshire so panel arrangement is viewable on site

£150.00, no offers.

Good price indeed! I don't need them but I'm sure they'll be snapped up.

Being a member of the NMC (nosy moos club) where were the photos taken?

Yes it is in the main with internal rubber seals
In practice I’ve covered the Steca controller with a piece of duck taped thick transparent plastic as it’s normally an ‘internal’ fitting and not waterproof

Of course when tilted it’s protected but I put the plastic cover on to help protect from dust and splashes from heavy rain

(Polythene cover was removed for photographic clarity)

Used extensively in the rain with no issues...

Fireflies if i want these off you how do I go about contacting you?

I'm a bit thick when it comes to solar and connecting to the leisure battery so will need a bit of guidance, I take it i can just bolt them onto the battery terminals?
