Poorly sat nav can u help (1 Viewer)

Hi when I put my sat nav on after 5mins it comes up with this . Application error must shut down . It snoope one . One year old .

I occasionally get the same message on my Snooper, but it's ok after a restart.

I've also had that on an Aguri that we have. As said above a restart usually sorts it.

We have re set and still comes up . What do u do to re start yours .

It sounds like you have more of a problem than me because mine doesn't do it very often and restarts as normal.
Have you trie updating?

Try an update if so, it may be a corrupted file. (Says Britain's number one computer numpty).

See if you can find a reset button, usually near the power socket and you may need a pin or hairgrip to press it as they are very small.

The same happened to our Snooper. I rang them and told them if the message on the screen and I had to return it as the software within it has malfunctioned. They returned it to me and all working perfectly again.

Thank you for the link. IV spoken to them and hopefully I may solve this. It is my sim that is dirty or dicky . So may have to get new sim for £10 . So on happy that it can be fix . Iv only had it one year and I paid £270 for it . Thanks once again .. John.
