We are looking for a site Nr poole in Dorset,can anybody recommend anywhere please ?

This one.... not cheap but very near Poole if you have no transport and don`t want to take the MoHo...

There is one in Wimborne near Poole.
Merley Court Holiday Park. 01590648333. Never been there as it is a large site and we only do small ones.

Sandford isn't too far away. Quite a large site but rarely feels 'busy', reasonable prices too.

The closest site to Poole centre is Rockley Park, a full on holiday camp. Next is Lychett Manor about 4 miles to Poole nice clean site two pubs in walking distance and a bus stop outside main entrance. Beacon Hill also about 4 miles from Poole, a quite large site with a rural feel, a couple of carp ponds you can fish, out side pool and bar.

We stayed at Lychett Manor a couple of years ago, made a weekend of a visit to Essenjay, I liked that site. As already said, nice pub within staggering distance.

Lytchett Manor is lovely. Bus routes into Poole and the Jurassic coast in the other direction. Two good pubs with in easy walking distance. Well recommended.

Second South Lytchett Manor, lovely site. A bit biased because I live locally but it is close to a lot of tourist attractions.
