We have a 6 month old Autotrail V Line 635SE, and have been very pleased with it. It’s now done 4k and we’re on our way home from Portugal currently near Irun.
We’ve noticed funny marks appearing on one of the side windows( not condensation) but marks between the double glazing?
It seems to be getting bigger and looks like the inner and outer windows are rubbing together somehow. The marks are definitely between the glazing and have most definitely not been scratched inside or out. Anyone else had similar problems, it’s really annoying as it’s right in the middle of the window 3/4 inches across.

V lines did have a issue with side windows.. You may want to do some research on it just in case..
If your on Facebook try some of the Autotrail groups..

Its not just PVC's it happens on coach built jobby's too! We have a Autotrail and it has a problem with the rear window misting up? It disappears when really warm , but does come back after a while.
If its under warranty .....claim!

Get in touch with dealer if under warranty .friends Autotrail had same problem. New window fitted .It seems there was a batch of Windows that are faulty from manufacturing .Or try Autotrail .

If the window looks as if it's beginning to warp slightly then this is a very common problem with the Autotrail V-line PVC windows.

There are some V-line owners who have had their windows replaced three times in 18-24 months and some dealers are beginning to get a bit fed up and refuse replacements.

It's not a faulty batch but a dodgy design using materials which are not up to the job. This has been going on for a few years now and without any design rectification from Autotrail.

Polyplastic made the windows fitted to Burstners and several Euro make caravans which started to delaminate, a problem they were aware of, but continued to produce them for over 5 years. Burstner's fix was to put a small screw in each corner. It stopped the outer panel falling off, but didn't stop them filling with water when it rained. I've just had 4 replaced with EECO bespoke units.

****DON'T**** go via Autotrail.
As your 'van is 6mths old and has only done 4000 mls your beef is with the Dealer under Consumer Law and don't be fobbed off by your supplying dealer.

It's the dealers problem and no one elses.
