can anyone identify the type of plugs used on a reich e box these two are adjacent so not sure which has caused the burning so will change both I assume the connections come with new plugs

Probably caused by arcing due to poor contact of the pins & sockets.
Don't know that one I would have a look at the Molex range should find something. The housing and pins/sockets will be sold seperately.

i can find similar on the molex page but where to source them from?

Sargent do a kit of Raas plugs with different keys, configurations. It is designed fro their EM40 box but possibly one will fit yours.

Out of interest do those wires that are burnt have anything to with feeding the fridge on DC?

You are going to charge both sides, as in the male side the they plug into?

Is there any writing at all on these plugs? or on the sockets? Maybe Apuljack Engineering can tell you what they are, they repair these units. They have a shop selling bits like this, if you ask maybe they could add them to their catalogue.

I’m sure I’ve seen some of these plugs on 12v planet.
