Hi all, had a bit of a problem with side window blind on A class.A bit of excessive force applied in the summer and it started to sag in a few places. Couldn’t find any outlets for replacements ...or prices, so bit the bullet and investigated.
The thin section above the bar ripped causing the sag!!
After a bit of a think came up with the idea of using aluminium ducting tape cut into small pieces and used it to repair the breaks and re-inforce the weakness. Took about 5 hours all told but now refitted and working fine....Happy Days!!
