Please Remember Rule 2

I often see posts asking for people to "Name and Shame" when they are discussing poor service or a company they are in dispute with. Can I remind people that it is against the rules to do that here. Rule 2 came about around ten minutes after Rule 1. If you are not familiar with it you can remind yourself by looking here and scrolling down to rule 2. Many thanks

Motorhomefun is not the place to post defamatory posts about any person or company no matter how you might feel justified in doing so.

This is a forum to discuss the Fun aspect of motorhomes and not a place to ‘rubbish’ others, spread gossip or assist campaigns against companies or individuals.

NEVER GIVE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT A COMPANY IN A GENERAL THREAD. IF YOU HAVE A SCATHING REVIEW, IT SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE REVIEW SECTION.

In our experience, if we allow the rubbishing of companies in threads, what often happens is someone who has had bad dealings or a grievance with a particular company, posts in EVERY THREAD about that company. Someone posts a good review years later, and then along they come, and air their grievance again and again.

We absolutely allow you to inform others if you have an unpleasant experience, but do that in a review, and then leave it there.

God i could tell you some stories about our experiance with X company and events leading upto collecting our truck.
But i haven't and wont................suspense is better..............then again most are not the least bit interested.
