Hi. There re a couple of things I am not sure about.

1. The hot and cold pipes into the water tank are these too short or are they supposed to be short?

2. There is a red switch on the floor by the Truma 3002 boiler, what's it for and what position should it be in.

3. The housing behind the boiler in black is this where the water pump is located as I see what pipes going in?

I cannot see a switch to turn on the water pump any ideas?

Thanks.:thumb:

The middle picture is of your frost dump valve, looks like a manual one, but spect those with sharper eyes will either confirm or deny, if its up, its discharges all your water (or down:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:)

Water pump switches are not always hidden away. If there is a panel where you switch on electrics.. Check water levels etc it may well be there

yes no 2 is the dump valve for water in the boiler..
Down in normal use, lift up when you want to drain the boiler ie in Winter...
you hear talk of "automatic" damp valves that drop water when the temperature drops. This is NOT one of those, just a manual one..
