Who says prices never go down?

I was prompted by the earlier thread today about POIs to synchronise/update the Garmin Nuvi 1300T that I bought almost a year ago.

When I bought it I was tempted to purchase the Lifetime map update deal for £99.99 but never got round to it. The price has now been reduced to £74.99 (compared with a single map update of £49.99) so I've gone for it. Glad I didn't a year ago ::bigsmile:

Hi Graham, I thought about buying the map undates but it worked out cheaper to buy a new garmin :thumb: May be not the all singing and dancing ones:winky: but mines a 215ws that does the job for less than £80-sold the old TT for 50 quid so only cost 30 :ROFLMAO::thumb:

One reason I bought the Garmin was that I didn't like the TomTom map deals. Maybe I should sell my old TomTom as well
