Hi All
I’m going to my sisters in Plymouth in a couple of weeks and looking for somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights.I am unable to stay at my sisters.Have anybody got any suggestions of where I can stay close to Plymouth.

There's a layby at Smithaleigh a few miles east of Plymouth on the A38. There is a high bank between it and the road and often has a MH or two in it.


To return to it from Plymouth you will have to go on a mile or so to the Lee Mill turnoff (where there is a big Tesco) and do a U turn.

That where we always stay when visiting . They do a special rate for a week stay if you are old like us ! Bus a short walk to end of road

You will be fine in both places as I was in a auto trail apache 700 7.49mtrs and fitted in

Just make sure you park next to the yellow hatched areas so you have a good exit route
